It’s worth noting that there are some “independent real estate agents” in the Paphos area that I had contact with and would recommend avoiding. They often engage in unethical practices, including speaking ill of other agencies. These negative reviews likely stem from such individuals. Beware of some “independent agents” advertising on Bazaraki who don’t even have a physical office.
