Peyia village has a large expatriate community and is perhaps the largest village in the Paphos region.

Peyia is steeped in history. At the village centre there are ancient baths and natural freshwater fountains.

The extensive pine forest is to the north of the village. The forest is protected and is popular picnic area. To the south of the village is the famous Coral Bay, a popular beach resort area with vast stretches of sandy beaches. Coral Bay takes its name after the pink coral deposits which lie further seaward.

Peyia Village enjoys fantastic panoramic vista to the sea and the Coral Bay. Peyia village features a must see village square with its array of locally famous restaurants and bars.
