Email 14 August 2009 Hi Daryl What a brilliant newsletter it really is quite inspiring and paphos at christmas sounds like a good idea. We had a lovely two weeks at our villa in July, we have now put ceiling fans in all of the 3 bedrooms and put lovely white voile curtains across the double patio windows and had a real good clean inside and out. The Garden also had a lot of time spent on it and the new management team for the complex seem to be doing a very good job, all in all the villa is looking at its best. Kindest regards Chris & Jan

Daryl I have received my first newsletter from Fitzgerald Estates - I don’t know why I have suddenly received it, but please don’t stop sending it! Of all the websites/newsletters that I have been looking at regarding Cyprus and Cyprus property, (which is quite a few), Fitzgerald’s is the most interesting and informative.

Not yet living in Cyprus, due to a bitter experience with a developer disappearing with a deposit and first stage payment, my wife and I still have a desire to settle in Cyprus. Still caught in trying to recoup our money, and not really knowing which way to turn, we shall certainly come to you when things get sorted and we are looking for property again. We have been to your office, so know where to find you, and have also stopped by the Fitzgerald stand at an exhibition at the Excel centre in the UK. We are therefore aware of the professional and friendly service that you offer.
