Over the years we have become trusted as an unbiased source of information on the reality of living in Paphos.

The Fitzgerald Marketing Newsletter has been published monthly since January 2008 and has highlighted the comings and goings and the daily life in Paphos.

At the beginning of each month it is e-mailed out to 3000 subscribers who then can view the full contents on the website. Many people have found it useful and also helped them gain a familiarity with life in Cyprus which later made it easier to make their choice when buying.

At Fitzgerald Marketing we can never be accused of ‘Hype’ or trying to paint an unreal rosy picture, when things are good we told the world, last year when things were tough we were equally candid and now with the market ‘inching’ at snail’s pace we are still here reporting ‘as it is’.

Then again the newsletter is not just about property news, the events that make Paphos what it is are there, whether it is a wedding, a good night out in aid of charity or the celebrations of Cyprus holding the rotating Presidency of the EU.

It became apparent that we could only do so much with the plain old newsletter which has served us so well. We felt it was time to take advantage of the latest advances in technology to give our readers something bigger and better and so in April 2010 the Paphos Digest was born!

The Digest takes what the newsletter is and expands on it with more stories more information and glossy photo’s of the happenings in and around Paphos. It also gives us the opportunity to showcase some of our finer properties, each month we choose a featured property and give you an insight on what living in Cyprus is all about.

Plus we look at some of the notable what’s on’s in the area whether it is Music, Theatre, Charitable or self help. Even the local cuisine sometimes comes under scrutiny as occasionally we take a look at a local recipe so you will know what you are ordering in the local taverna, or you may even want to try to create the dish for yourself. Always a good way to impress friends!
