To bring you an even wider selection of top quality properties we’ve created a range of cartoons that will endeavour to persuade the sellers to come to us to market their properties. We are a funny bunch here and we believe that humour is essential in our lives and in business too! We do not take ourselves too seriously but what we do do is, we try our hardest to do well. So, why not use humour to achieve our aim – and have fun doing it?!

In this series we would like to encourage property owners to market their property through Fitzgerald Estates. Remember, the majority of foreign property owners in the Paphos region are from the UK and Ireland, which are our main markets.

How to Enter →

We display a cartoon with no text and we want you to fill it in. The best text will win a bottle of French Champagne and will be used in our advertising! Submit as many entries as you want to Anna

The Rules →

• Each person/animal may have speech bubbles/thought bubbles.
• “Fitzgerald Estates” OR “Fitzgeralds”, must be mentioned at least once.
• Alternatively a line of text at the bottom could be all you need.

How to Submit →

For the following example:

1. Man: speech: Why does it have to take forever to sell our house?
2. Woman: speech: With Fitzgerald Estates it won’t have to!
3. Cat: thought: Gee!! Some people are so slow to catch on!
