Keen observer of the retail scene Anna ensures that Fitzgerald’s Estates is in the forefront of property retailing innovation. Anna is instrumental in developing the front end web presentation and writes articles and narratives about properties. Behind the scene, the development and the maintenance of the back end as well as the reporting function is under her management. Keen photographer, she contributes property photographs.

Anna has developed a system that allows the seller to see where and when their property has been advertised during their marketing agreement – a first in the industry.

Lynda Hall is a specialist accountant taking care of Fitzgerald’s accounting and financial matters and is instrumental in business analysis and planning. Lynda is a brilliant mathematician to boot! (So, if you’ve any maths homework to do, she’s the one to see)!!!
Lynda was a financial controller and accountant for a medium sized clothing firm in the UK specializing in top quality menswear, but involved herself in all aspects of the company as she does for us here at Fitzgeralds. Lynda came to Cyprus in 2005 and is well versed in Cyprus property matters, not least the emotional side of buying or selling property in Cyprus.
She is extremely proactive and her effervescent personality makes the serious business of buying property here in Cyprus a pleasant and happy experience. She’s always available to lend a hand from writing interesting articles or property descriptions and is an avid photographer as well, (though in her own words, “its just a case of point and click”). If you need to know anything at all, ask Lynda – what she doesn’t know, she’ll find out!!
Andrea Fitzgerald is a brilliant creative designer for the interior and exterior of properties. Andrea inspired by the success of her projects in Cyprus decided to join the prestigious Chelsea School of Art, London, to further her career. She is doing a full-time Honours Degree in Interior and Spatial Design and has settled into a lovely terrace house in Baron’s Court.
Andrea’s talents are also focused on taking outstanding photographs of properties and their website presentation. She has also taken many beautiful pictures of the areas around Paphos which appear on our website ‘galleries’ and does outstanding interior design work for clients of all nationalities in Cyprus.
Please visit www.danushainteriors.com to see a glimpse of Andrea’s talents.
She contributes invaluable research in web design and presentation ideas to Fitzgerald Estates and, on a recent trip to Cyprus has taken magnificent photographs of St Paul’s Pillar Church and archaeological ruins of the Paphos Palace. The church liked them so much that some of them will be sold during the Pope’s visit in June and Andrea has been nominated by the Latin Catholic Parish to be their official photographer!
During His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI pilgrimage to Paphos and Nicosia, 4th-6th June, Andrea took lots of outstanding photographs of the pontiff’s visit, a selection of which can be seen on www.fitzgeraldcyprus.com/about
If you would like to order an album of 36 photographs please let us know on contact@fitzgeraldcyprus.com – all proceeds to the St Michael’s Hospice.
